EPC Project Manager

ersg are supporting an international EPC Contractor in their search for a Grid Manager to support their Grid Connection process and adherence to Grid Code on their Renewable Energy projects in the South of Italy.This is a remote working role, with the expectation to travel to site and client meetings regularly.Key responsibilities in this role include;Act as the primary point of contact for all grid connection matters.Manage relationships with TSOs.Execute & Coordinate of grid connection works.Coordinate technical discussions and compliance meetings with grid operators and project stakeholders.Manage adherence to all Grid Code requirements and connection agreements during construction.Develop and maintain technical documentation required for grid compliance.Collaborate with key stakeholders (Engineering, Project Management, SHEQ teams).Manage process across full project lifecycle and adherence to project milestones.This role offers a salary between €70,000 and €90,000 + bonus + expenses + healthcare + benefits.Applicants should have at least five years of Grid Management on Renewable Energy projects, and be able to demonstrate their relationship with Italian Grid Operators.Applicants MUST have an Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification (degree level).ersg are an equal opportunities employer; we are committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all job applicants. ersg are searching for a Contract Manager to deliver multiple Utility-Scale Solar Farms across Ireland. This role will see the successful candidate initially managing one Solar/PV project before supporting across several other projects over the next couple of years. Applicants will be responsible for;Working with Project Managers to manage risk and contract variations effectively.Handle contract negotiations across subcontractors, suppliers, and partners.Leading claims management processes.Managing and administering EPC contracts across multiple projects.Fostering a collaborative approach with clients, contractors and third-parties.This role will be a hybrid position with the expectation being home-based for 75%. The remainder of your time will be site or office-based.Applicants MUST have experience of acting as an EPC Contractor within the Irish market. Also, experience in managing Utility-Scale Solar/PV projects to FIDIC standards is essential to ensure the success of the project. ersg are searching for an Assistant Site Manager to deliver a Utility-Scale Solar Farm in the Midland of Ireland. Upon joining, our client will provide training and development on an existing project before providing the scope to act as Site Manager on another site, which will go live at the beginning of 2027.Applicants will be responsible for;Ensuring the smooth running of the site, in accordance with SHEQ principals.Managing subcontractors, engineers and suppliers to ensure delivery of project.Managing site progress and resolving challenges to site delivery.Ensure site records are managed appropriately.Being proactive in ensuring stock levels are controlled.Supporting handover to the end-client.This role will be site-based (five days per week).Applicants MUST have experience of acting as an EPC Contractor within the Irish market. Also, experience in delivering Utility-Scale Solar/PV projects is essential to ensure the success of the project.
