Wir suchen ab Mitte Oktober / Anfang November einen erfahrenen Genehmigungsmanager/ Permit & Environmental Specialist (m/w/d) für einen unserer langjährigen Kunden aus dem Offshore-Wind-Umfeld.

Die Position wird im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung über ERSG besetzt.

Rahmenbedingungen:

  • Position: Genehmigungsmanager / Permit & Environmental Specialist (m/w/d)

  • Arbeitsort: Hamburg - hybrides Arbeiten mit Remote-Anteil möglich

  • Start: Mitte Oktober / Anfang November 2026

  • Dauer: Zunächst 12 Monate mit möglicher Verlängerungsperspektive

  • Übernahme: möglicherweise Übernahmeoption nach der Projektlaufzeit

  • Vertragsform: Arbeitnehmerüberlassung

  • Gehalt: ca. 80.000-90.000 € brutto/Jahr

Aufgaben:

  • Steuerung und Koordination von Genehmigungs- und Umweltthemen für Offshore-Wind-Projekte

  • Schnittstelle zu Genehmigungsbehörden, Umweltbehörden und weiteren relevanten Stakeholdern

  • Begleitung der Vorbereitung und Umsetzung der Offshore-Bauphase aus genehmigungsrechtlicher Sicht

  • Koordination verschiedener Umwelt- und Genehmigungs-Workstreams, u. a. zu Schall, Navigation, Luftfahrt, Meeresboden, HSE, Abfall und Kompensationsmaßnahmen

  • Sicherstellung, dass Genehmigungsauflagen und Umweltanforderungen in Projekt-, Planungs- und Contractor-Anforderungen berücksichtigt werden

  • Erstellung und Pflege von Genehmigungsstrategien, Terminplänen und Approval Registern

  • Identifikation und Bewertung von Genehmigungs- und Umweltrisiken sowie Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen

  • Steuerung externer Berater und Fachexperten hinsichtlich Scope, Budget, Qualität und Terminplanung

Dein Profil:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Genehmigungsmanagement, Environmental Management oder Permitting, idealerweise im Offshore-Wind-, Energie- oder Infrastrukturumfeld

  • Erfahrung mit Genehmigungsprozessen während der Vorbereitung und Umsetzung von Bauprojekten

  • Sicherer Umgang mit Behörden, Gutachtern, externen Beratern und weiteren Projektstakeholdern

  • Verständnis für komplexe regulatorische, technische und umweltbezogene Zusammenhänge

  • Strukturierte, pragmatische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

  • Sehr gute Kommunikations-, Analyse- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
