ERSG is seeking experienced Electrical Inspectors to join a leading renewable energy owner/developer in the wind energy sector. This is a high-impact opportunity to work on large-scale wind projects and be part of the growing clean energy transition in the United States.
We are hiring immediately for contract roles based in Oklahoma and Washington State. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in electrical inspection for utility-scale renewable energy projects and a solid understanding of electrical systems in wind power or substations.
Position Title: Electrical Inspector
Location: Oklahoma or Washington State
Job Type: W-2 Contract through ERSG
Start Date: As Soon As Possible
Compensation and Perks:
- $50 hourly + Overtime Pay
- $178/day Per Diem
- Company-provided truck and fuel card
- $500 mobilization bonus
- 50-70 hours per week expected

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site electrical inspections at a utility-scale wind construction project
- Ensure all work complies with NEC, local codes, and safety regulations
- Identify and report non-conformities, defects, and safety concerns
- Maintain detailed inspection records and contribute to progress reporting
- Coordinate with construction teams to support project milestones
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an electrical inspector on utility-scale wind or renewable energy projects
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and wind farm infrastructure
- Strong understanding of code compliance, safety practices, and QA/QC processes
- Ability to work independently on large construction sites and communicate effectively with contractors and engineers
