The Role: Country Manager

We are currently seeking a Country Manager to join our client's team in South Korea. This is an exciting opportunity to lead operations in a key market, driving strategic growth and overseeing the delivery of high-impact energy projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the company's operations in South Korea
• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market presence
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards
• Oversee project delivery, financial performance, and team development

Experience

• Proven leadership experience in energy, engineering, or renewables sectors
• Strong understanding of the South Korean market and regulatory landscape
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects
