  • Implement and maintain EHS management systems across all project phases.
  • Ensure compliance with the company's Safety Management System and relevant statutory EHS legislation.
  • Coordinate the development of method statements, risk assessments, safe plans of action, and permits to work.
  • Monitor and report on project safety indicators and ensure good safety practices are upheld.
  • Conduct ongoing COSHH assessments and manage hazardous substances.
  • Perform regular site audits and inspections, documenting findings and driving corrective actions.
  • Provide EHS input at site meetings and forums, identifying risks and recommending improvements.
  • Advise management, safety representatives, and employees on EHS matters.
  • Maintain records of statutory inspections for tools, plant, and project activities.
  • Coordinate site inductions, training, and ensure PPE availability.
  • Organise and lead toolbox talks and assist in accident investigations and reporting.
  • Ensure welfare and hygiene facilities are properly managed. Support waste reduction and recycling initiatives in line with project policies.
