A global solar manufacturer is seeking experienced Construction Managers to support ground-mounted PV projects across Romania. The role involves supporting the installation and maintenance of solar tracker systems, working with developers, EPCs, and subcontractors to train teams and advise on best practice. This is a site-based role with significant travel (90%). Candidates will have strong solar farm experience with a mechanical background, including tracker systems or similar components, and must be fluent in English and Romanian. 12-month rolling freelance contract (minimum 2.5-year programme), with full expenses covered and training provided by a tracker specialist.

A European EPC Renewable Energy Contractor are growing their presence in the UK market, building upon success in the Solar and BESS Construction space. We are searching for a Solar Construction Project Manager to spearhead their future success with previous experience of working on EPC Solar projects of 20MW or more. Renewable Energy Construction Manager

ersg are supporting the search for a Construction Manager on behalf of a leading business within the Irish Renewable Energy market. This role is a hybrid position, requiring occasional travel to projects across Ireland.The crux of this role is to deliver projects from late stage development through to completion. Supporting key stakeholders in the project (end client, consultancies/contractors, DNO/TSOs etc.). Candidates should have demonstrable experience of delivering to ESB/EirGrid standards.Core responsibilities include;Leading projects to Irish regulations and in a HSE compliant manner.Overseeing the delivery of project(s) on time and on budget.Ensuring clients are aware of project risk management.Inviting contractors to tender for delivery of projects and managing their progress.Understanding and inputting into design review process.Applicants MUST have experience within the Irish Renewable Energy sector. You should also have experience of working on projects that have 110kV grid connectivity and utility-scale renewables.
