Solar Site Manager

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Site Manager to oversee the successful delivery of a large-scale solar construction project in Cardiff. The role requires site presence and project oversight, with a hands-on approach where required. You will manage subcontractors, direct labour teams, and suppliers while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.

Essential:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction, renewable energy, or utility-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of site management processs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively.
• Hands-on, site-first mentality with willingness to be actively involved in project delivery.
