High Voltage Electrical Engineers - Senior / Principal / AssociateLocations: Manchester, Birmingham, GlasgowA leading engineering consultancy is expanding its Energy team and is seeking Electrical Engineers with experience in High Voltage (HV) and Extra High Voltage (EHV) systems. Opportunities are available at Senior, Principal, and Associate levels.The OpportunityWork across major projects in transmission and distribution, supporting HVAC and HVDC systems from feasibility through to design and delivery. Responsibilities:Identifying potential sites for wind power generation projects and conducting feasibility studies.Building relationships with prefectures, municipalities in project areas, and engaging in business briefings and dialogues with landowners and stakeholders.Managing budgets, monitoring progress, reporting, and overseeing cash flow.
