ERSG is seeking experienced Electrical Inspectors to join a leading renewable energy owner/developer in the wind energy sector. This is a high-impact opportunity to work on large-scale wind projects and be part of the growing clean energy transition in the United States.
Location: Washington State
Job Type: W-2 Contract through ERSG
Start Date: ASAP
Compensation and Perks:
- $45-50 hourly (Depending on Experience) + Overtime Pay
- $178/day Per Diem
- Company-provided truck and fuel card
- $500 mobilization bonus
- 50-70 hours per week expected

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site electrical inspections at a utility-scale wind construction project
- Ensure all work complies with NEC, local codes, and safety regulations
- Identify and report non-conformities, defects, and safety concerns
- Maintain detailed inspection records and contribute to progress reporting
- Coordinate with construction teams to support project milestones
