The role involves supporting the installation and maintenance of solar tracker systems, working with developers, EPCs, and subcontractors to train teams and advise on best practice. This is a site-based role with significant travel (90%). Candidates will have strong solar farm experience with a mechanical background, including tracker systems or similar components, and must be fluent in English and Romanian. 12-month rolling freelance contract (minimum 2.5-year programme), with full expenses covered and training provided by a tracker specialist.
