Für ein laufendes Projekt unseres Kunden im Großraum von Cottbus suchen wir aktuell einen erfahrenen freiberuflichen Terminplaner (m/w/d).Position: Terminplaner (Primavera P6) Vertragsform: Dienstleistungsvertrag (Freelance) Arbeitsort: Vor Ort beim Kunden (mind. 3 Tage pro Woche, auf zwei Projektstandorten) Start: Ab sofort (Onboarding mit 1-2 Wochen Vorlauf) Dauer: Voraussichtlich bis Q1 2028Ihre Aufgaben (Auszug)Erstellung und Pflege eines integrierten Terminplans (IMS) in Primavera P6 in enger Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen sowie Integration von Auftragnehmer- und NachunternehmerplänenAnalyse des kritischen Pfads sowie frühzeitige Identifikation von Terminrisiken inklusive Entwicklung geeigneter GegenmaßnahmenRegelmäßige Aktualisierung des Projektterminplans auf Basis von Ist-Daten und Forecasts sowie Sicherstellung einer konsistenten Datenerhebung mit ProjektbeteiligtenDurchführung von Terminplananalysen (z. B. Verzögerungen, Engpässe) und Ableitung von Optimierungs- und SzenarioempfehlungenErstellung von Berichten und Dashboards zu Fortschritt, Meilensteinen, Abweichungen und entscheidungsrelevanten KennzahlenIhre QualifikationenMindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektterminmanagement, idealerweise mit Primavera P6Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare QualifikationSehr gute analytische und organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie strukturierte ArbeitsweiseErfahrung im Umgang mit komplexen Projektstrukturen und mehreren StakeholdernSicherer Umgang mit Primavera P6; Kenntnisse in Excel und MS Project von VorteilErfahrung in der Terminrisikoanalyse (Schedule Risk Analysis) ist ein PlusAnforderungenFließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch (in Wort und Schrift)Bereitschaft zur Arbeit vor Ort (mindestens 3 Tage pro Woche)Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise in einem EPC Projektumfeld Interesse geweckt? Safety Leadership Lead and manage the health and safety function on assigned projects Provide advice and direction to project managers, engineers and supervisors on safety requirements Ensure safety is embedded in planning, delivery and close-out stages of the project Compliance and Risk Management Ensure full compliance with relevant health and safety legislation and company procedures Lead the development and review of project safety plans, risk assessments and method statements Carry out regular inspections, audits and incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented Monitor subcontractor compliance and provide support where required Culture and Engagement Promote a culture of safety through visible leadership and engagement with project teams Deliver safety briefings, toolbox talks and training sessions to staff and subcontractors Encourage open communication on safety issues and ensure lessons learned are shared Reporting and Assurance Prepare and present regular safety reports to project and business unit leadership Maintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, near misses and corrective actions Support the BU Head of Safety in ensuring consistency of reporting and performance tracking ersg are an equal opportunities employer; we are committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all job applicants. ersg is working with a multinational developer of Renewable Energy assets, who is searching for a Senior Project Developer (BESS) to join their team in Hamburg. Our client is well-capitalised, with a strong pipeline of grid permitted BESS projects within the German market.This role will see you ensuring the progression of their existing pipeline, taking projects through permitting and grid connection application phases through to RTB (for M&A) or through to asset handover.Candidates should have three years of Project Development experience within Renewable Energy.
