Projektbeschreibung

Für ein anspruchsvolles Großprojekt im Bauwesen in München suchen wir einen erfahrenen Freelance Terminplaner (m/w/d) mit fundierten Kenntnissen in Microsoft Project. Sie unterstützen das Projektteam bei der Erstellung, Pflege und Überwachung der Terminplanung und tragen maßgeblich zur erfolgreichen Steuerung des Projektablaufs bei.

Aufgaben

  • Erstellung, Pflege und Aktualisierung von Projektterminplänen mit MS Project
  • Überwachung von Projektmeilensteinen und kritischen Pfaden
  • Analyse von Terminabweichungen sowie Entwicklung von Gegenmaßnahmen
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Projektleitung, Fachplanern und ausführenden Unternehmen
  • Erstellung von Fortschrittsberichten und Terminstatus-Analysen
  • Unterstützung bei der Projektsteuerung und dem Reporting

Anforderungen

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Terminplanung von Bau- oder Infrastrukturprojekten
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Project
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Projektteams
  • Strukturierte, analytische und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Mind. B2 Deutsch
