A European EPC Renewable Energy Contractor are growing their presence in the UK market, building upon success in the Solar and BESS Construction space. We are searching for a Solar Construction Project Manager to spearhead their future success with previous experience of working on EPC Solar projects of 20MW or more. BESS experience would be extremely beneficial.
This role will see the successful candidate managing multiple projects concurrently - core responsibilities include;
Adherence to UK regulations (inc CDM15) - including delivery of project within H&S standards
With several key projects to deliver across the coming years, this role requires someone with experience in delivering Utility-Scale Solar or BESS projects.
Candidates must have a degree in Electrical, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, and be willing to travel to projects to manage their progress.

Project Manager required for a UK-based EPC main contractor to deliver a utility-scale ground-mounted solar farm project based in Hampshire. The successful candidate will have proven Solar farm experience managing the full EPC project lifecycle from Ready-to-Build through construction, commissioning and final handover to O&M. HV experience (ideally 123kV) is beneficial but not essential. This is an 18-month freelance contract, working on a hybrid basis with 4 days per week onsite in Hampshire and 1 day working from home. This role will see the successful candidate initially managing one Solar/PV project before supporting across several other projects over the next couple of years. Applicants will be responsible for;Working with Project Managers to manage risk and contract variations effectively.Handle contract negotiations across subcontractors, suppliers, and partners.Leading claims management processes.Managing and administering EPC contracts across multiple projects.Fostering a collaborative approach with clients, contractors and third-parties.This role will be a hybrid position with the expectation being home-based for 75%. The remainder of your time will be site or office-based.Applicants MUST have experience of acting as an EPC Contractor within the Irish market. Also, experience in managing Utility-Scale Solar/PV projects to FIDIC standards is essential to ensure the success of the project.
