EPC Project Manager required for a global IPP specialising in solar and battery storage projects. Candidates will have project management experience delivering solar farm projects, ideally from a developer background with EPC construction experience. BESS project delivery experience is beneficial but not essential.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing subcontractors and engaging with key stakeholders. This is a remote role with occasional travel to project sites, approximately once per month.

ersg are working with a leading EPC Contractor in the Renewable Energy sector to hire a Power Systems Specialist focused on Design. The client operates across the European market but is growing their UK team, and is winning more business across the Utility-Scale Solar (20MW or above) sector.This role will see the successful candidate designing LV and HV systems for Solar projects; handling SLDs from beginning to final design. You will also be managing grid connection applications, and liaising with the DNO, whilst ensuring grid compliance to G99 and G100 standards. You will also be instrumental in the specification of related plant (transformers, switchgear etc.) and supporting during various stages of the project - from procurement to commissioning.Candidates MUST have a degree in Electrical Engineering, or a suitable field. Be able to demonstrate their experience in LV & HV system design, and have been involved in a portfolio of Utility-Scale Solar projects in the UK. We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager / Site Construction Supervisor / Site Engineer to support the delivery of the BESS Hambach 2 project in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany.You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising construction and installation activities on site, ensuring that works are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, within budget and to the required quality standards.This is a hands-on site-based role suited to a proactive construction professional with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to health, safety and environmental compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and supervise construction and installation activities on site.Monitor and verify that works are completed in accordance with approved construction and execution drawings.Ensure compliance with project schedules, budgets, quality standards and health, safety and environmental requirements.Participate in regular site and construction meetings with contractors and project stakeholders.Monitor, track and document construction progress, providing regular updates to the Project Manager and Site Management Team.Coordinate activities with other site supervisors and discipline leads to ensure efficient project execution.Identify, document and report defects, non-conformities and contractor/subcontractor performance issues.Support the preparation and issuing of non-conformance reports and deficiency notices where required.Review and assess contractor variation claims and change requests.Assist with the inspection, testing and acceptance of partial and final project deliverables.Support the implementation and close-out of corrective actions to ensure project objectives are achieved.Maintain accurate site documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.Candidate RequirementsEssential QualificationsDegree, diploma or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or a related technical discipline.Alternatively, a certified Engineering Technician with relevant site supervision experience will be considered.ersg are an equal opportunities employer; we are committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all job applicants.
