Junior Claim Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a motivated Junior Claim Manager to join our client's team in Hamburg. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are interested in claims management, contract administration, and project coordination.

Working closely with two experienced Senior Claim Managers, you will support a variety of operational and administrative activities while gaining hands-on experience in contract and claims management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily claims and contract management activities
• Assist with internal PMO (Project Management Office) tasks
• Manage and organize project and contractual documentation
• Maintain accurate records and document control processes
• Support claim preparation, review, and tracking activities
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and compliance

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree, ideally in Law, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong organizational and document management skills
• Detail-oriented with a structured way of working
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Proficient in English (written and spoken) - mandatory
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
