ERSG is seeking a dedicated and motivated Electrical Field Engineer to support a major wind farm project in New York. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of a large-scale renewable energy initiative, working alongside a professional team on the installation, monitoring, and quality assurance of the underground electrical collection system and medium-voltage infrastructure.This position requires a strong electrical background, an eagerness to learn, and a commitment to collaboration. The ideal candidate will be on-site full-time and will split their time between office-based responsibilities and field oversight.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the installation and commissioning of underground electrical collection systems and medium-voltage (MV) cables.Perform field inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, electrical codes, and quality standards.Monitor and report on project progress, including scheduling, budgeting, and change order tracking.Assist with quality control, including documentation, issue resolution, and coordination with contractors and vendors.Collaborate with engineering, construction, and project management teams to ensure seamless execution.Maintain safety standards and contribute to a culture of safe work practices across the site. Requirements:Field Engineer or Quality Control experience in construction, utilities, or renewable energy.Strong understanding of electrical systems (preferably medium voltage).Previous experience working on wind farms or in renewable energy (required).Reliable, personable, eager to learn, and a strong communicator.Must have own vehicle for daily travel to site; a site truck will be available during work hours.Comfortable working in a primarily on-site role (80% on-site office, 20% in the field). PLM（プロジェクト物流・管理）_ 品質検査員職務内容：クライアントの品質管理者を支援し、設置作業における品質チェック（例：書類作成、検査、マニュアルを使用した書類確認）をサポートします。チェックリストや品質検査ポイントに基づき、設置中の品質レビューをサポートし、品質基準を満たしていない場合にはクライアントに改善手順を提案します。タービン検査および試験計画（ITP）の検査ポイントにおいて、品質基準が満たされているかを確認します。設置作業における品質不良を特定し、是正措置の実施をクライアントに積極的にサポートします。設置作業に関するすべての不適合事項を記録します。ITPで定義された設置に関する書類（プロトコル）を収集・確認します。サービス（試運転）への引き渡し段階（メカニカルコンプリーション）において、GPM（グローバルプロジェクトマネージャー）を支援し、パンチリスト項目の評価およびSAPの不適合システムへの登録を行います。品質不良の原因を可能な範囲で特定します。クライアントが実施する受入検査をランダムにチェックします。データベースやプロジェクト特有のレポートにおける品質報告をサポートします。応募条件：機械または電気分野のバックグラウンドを有すること。風力タービンまたは大型機械に関する知識があれば尚良し。品質保証業務における3〜5年の経験があれば尚良し。建設作業の経験があれば尚良し。高所作業が可能であること。日本全国への出張が多い勤務に対応できること。日本語および英語の両方において流暢であること。普通自動車運転免許が必須。ersg are an equal opportunities employer; we are committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all job applicants.
