【仕事内容】

データセンタープロジェクトのM&E業務の管理・執行を主な業務内容とし、以下の業務を行います。

The main scope of this position is to manage/execute M&E works of Datacenter Project, which includes following but not limited to:

• M&Eマネージャーに直接報告し、施工手順書、提出書類、設計提案書、作業図面などのチェックを含む機械および電気に関連する職務の遂行を支援する;機械および電気に関する材料/機器の提出、現場への納入、現場内または現場外での保管に関する下請業者の調整と管理
• Directly report to the M&E Manager and assists in carrying out their duties pertaining to the mechanical and electrical aspects including checking method statements, submittal documentation, design proposals, working drawings and the like; Coordinates and monitors subcontractor in relation to mechanical and electrical material/equipment submissions, deliveries to site and storage on/off site
• ポンプ、管工事、水制御ゲート、計装および建物サービスなどの機械および電気設備に関する下請業者の作業の監視(ACMV、消火栓システム、給排水設備など。)
• Monitor subcontractor works in relation to mechanical and electrical installations such as pumps, pipe works, water control gates, instrumentation and building services (ACMV, Fire Hydrant System, Plumbing System etc..)
• プロジェクトコンサルタントとの検査に出席し、実施されたすべてのテストに関する報告書を作成する
• Attend inspections with the Project Consultant and prepare reports on all tests carried out
• QA/QC部門をサポートし、機械設備および電気設備の品質管理のためのフィールドワークと文書を作成する
• Support the QA/QC department with field work and documentation for quality control of mechanical and electrical installations
• 下請け業者が作成した図面、作業・施工手順書を確認する
• Check subcontractor as-built drawings, operations manuals and procedures
• 関係者(クライアント、代理店、下請業者など。)との仕様書に基づく試運転の実施を支援する。
• Assisting execution of the commissioning with stakeholders (client, agent, subcontractors etc.) in accordance with the specifications.
• プロジェクトの実施に関する契約に従って、作業の全体的な実施がクライアントの要件を満たしていることを確認する。
• Ensure that the overall execution of the work meets the Client's requirements in accordance with the Contract for the execution of the Project.
• 会社の品質マネジメントプログラムを理解し、プロジェクトのすべての段階でそれを実行することを確認し、会社の安全方針と安全・環境対策が厳格に守られていることを確認する。
• Ensure that they understand Company's Quality Management Program and implement it for all the Project's phases, and that the Company's Safety Policy and safety and environmental measures are strictly followed.
• M&Eに関する会議への出席(電気、機械、ITなど。)
• Attendance of meeting related to M&E (Electrical, Mechanical, IT etc.)

【募集要項】

• 機械・電気工学の学位またはこれと同等の学力を有する者
• Recognized Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent academic qualifications
• 設備工事における3年以上の実務経験
• At least 3 years relevant working experience in M&E construction works
• 水管理システム、排水ポンプ、管工事の経験がある方が有利です。
• Candidate with experience in water management system, drainage pumps, pipe works will have added advantage.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with others
• 仕様、コンプライアンス、契約条件、図面およびその他の関連文書の解釈。
• Interpretation of specifications, compliances, terms and conditions, drawings and any other relevant document.
• すべてのステークホルダーと効果的に協力し、プロジェクトの提供において満足のいく結果を得ることができる。設定されたマイルストーンやその他の成果物の達成に強くコミットする
• Able to effectively collaborate with all stakeholders to achieve satisfactory results in project delivery; strongly committed to accomplishing the established milestones and other deliverables
• 課題の解決に積極的で、プロジェクトの戦略目標に焦点を当てている
• Proactive when solving issues and focused on strategic goals of the project

【必要な経験】

• 3年以上の建設プロジェクトのM&E経験

(データセンター構築プロジェクトが理想的です) 。

• At least 3 years of M&E works in Construction project experience

(Datacenter construction projects are ideal).

• クライアントとの効率的な作業のためのコミュニケーションスキル (日本語) 。
• Communication skills to work efficiently in Japanese

[一般要件]

• Microsoft Office (Word、Excel、Power Point)、PDFエディタ。
• Microsoft Project (推奨)
• 流暢または公平な英語コミュニケーション能力
• Fluent or fair English communication skill (preferable).
