We're hiring a Contract Manager to support procurement and contract activities on a major offshore wind project in South Korea. This is a key role managing commercial and contractual matters throughout the lifecycle of a specific work package.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead procurement and contract management at package level
Collaborate with technical teams, package managers, and external suppliers
Manage procurement plans, tender documentation, and vendor negotiations
Ensure contract compliance, risk management, and claims resolution
Support budget, performance tracking, and reporting
Drive commercial negotiations and oversee contract awards

What We're Looking For:

Degree in law, engineering, business, or a related field
Strong negotiation and contract management experience
Familiarity with procurement in construction or infrastructure projects
Offshore wind or large-scale energy project experience is a plus
Knowledge of contract law, claims, and change management processes
