Location: Germany-wide (70-80% remote possible)
Salary Range: About €110,000-130,000 gross annual package, depending on the relevant previous experience

We are supporting a leading company in the offshore wind sector looking for an experienced Senior Contract & Claim Manager to join the Offshore Service division. The role is focused on optimising the commercial and legal performance of service-phase contracts in a fast-paced and complex environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyse existing contracts within the offshore service department
Identify options to improve margins and commercial outcomes through contractual levers
Assess the potential for claims: how to raise them, what arguments to use, and what outcomes to target
Recommend solutions aligned with contract terms and support client relationship development
Collaborate with legal, commercial, and technical teams to ensure effective contract and claim strategies

Candidate Profile:

Legal qualification (LLM, LLB, or equivalent)
Minimum 5 years' experience in contract and claim management during the operational phase of offshore wind projects
Deep understanding of service/O&M agreements and claims handling
Strong analytical and communication skills
Fluency in German is strongly preferred
Willingness to occasionally travel to the client's site or office in Northern Germany
