Aufgaben:

- Übernahme und Begleitung der Genehmigungsphase für den Rückbau eines bestehenden Bürogebäudes
- Koordination und Überwachung der Rückbauarbeiten
- Optionale Weiterführung: Aufbau und bauliche Überwachung eines neuen Bürogebäudes
- Abstimmung mit Behörden, Fachplanern und Nachunternehmern

Anforderungen:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Qünschenswert Erfahrung im Bereich Rückbau / Abbruch
- Kenntnisse in Genehmigungsverfahren von Vorteil
- Erfahrung im Umfeld industrieller Infrastruktur (z. B. Kraftwerksstandorte) ist wünschenswert
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
