Wir, die ERSG, sind ein internationaler Recruitment-Dienstleister mit Spezialisierung auf den Bereich erneuerbare Energien und Energieinfrastrukturprojekte. Für unseren Kunden in Berlin suchen wir ab Oktober/November 2025 einen erfahrenen freiberuflichen Claim Manager (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben

Management von Claims und Nachträgen in komplexen Energie- oder Infrastrukturprojekten
Analyse, Bewertung und Verhandlung von vertraglichen Ansprüchen
Unterstützung des Projektteams in allen Fragen rund um Contract & Claim Management
Erstellung von rechtlichen Dokumentationen und Berichten
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften (zwingend erforderlich)
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Contract & Claim Management
Projekterfahrung im Bereich Energie, Netze oder Großbauprojekte
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

Vertragslaufzeit: 12 Monate mit Option auf Verlängerung
Start: Oktober/November 2025
Arbeitsmodell: 75% Remote, 25% vor Ort in Berlin
Wochenstunden: 40h

ersg is searching for a Project Director to complete a landmark renewable energy project in Mauritania. This role will see the successful candidate manage all phases of the project lifecycle (2-3 years), including but not limited to;Selection of suppliers/subcontractor.Delivery of the project in accordance with contractual and regulatory committments. Also, on-time and within budget.Act as technical contact to communicate across the EPC, OE, SPV and end-client.Ensuring EPC operates within the HSE policy.Commissioning and acceptance of the delivery of the project.Ensuring plant operates effectively throughout warrenty period.This role requires a extensive background in the delivery of Solar, BESS and Wind projects in addition to an Electrical Engineering or Electromechanical Degree. Electrical Supervisor

Electrical Supervisor required for global EPC contractor to work on a 30MW Solar farm based in West Oxfordshire, England. Applicants must have a 'SSSTS' qualification and be electrically qualified. Suitable candidates will have worked on large-scale electrical projects in renewables. Utility-scale solar farm experience is the most desirable but the client will also accept experience for either of the following: Onshore Wind, substations, BESS, or datacentres projects. The successful candidate will be managing the electrical subcontractors on the site. This is an outside of IR35 contract vacancy.
