Key Responsibilities

  • Installation of loft insulation and overlay systems to specification

  • Working in accordance with PAS 2030/2035 compliance requirements

  • Ensuring installations meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards

  • Maintaining clean and safe working environments on site

  • Completing installations in line with technical approval guidelines

Essential Experience & Requirements

  • Proven experience in existing overlay and loft insulation installation

  • ACOP Certification (Loft Installers) - 1-day course (valid for 5 years)

  • Compliance with PAS 2030/2035 standards

  • Registered under a Competent Person Scheme

  • NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Insulation & Building Treatments (or equivalent)

  • Knowledge of industry installation standards and best practices

Accreditations & Compliance

Installers must comply with the following:

  • PAS 2030/2035 installation standards

  • Competent Person Scheme requirements

  • British Board of Agrément (BBA) approved products and installation practices

  • ACOP requirements for Loft Installers
