Project Coordinator - Renewables (Residential)

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HSE Advisor to support construction activities on the Carrigaline Solar Farm project. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with Irish health, safety, and environmental legislation, and supporting site teams in delivering the project safely, on time, and to the highest standards.Key ResponsibilitiesHealth & Safety ComplianceEnsure full compliance with Irish HSA regulations and relevant EU directives.Support implementation of the Project Safety Management Plan and Environmental Management Plan.Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and safety tours.Monitor subcontractor compliance with project HSE requirements.Risk ManagementAssist in preparation and review of Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).Conduct task-specific risk assessments and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs).Identify hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions. ersg are an equal opportunities employer; we are committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all job applicants. ersg are searching for a Project Coordinator to support the team in delivering Solar and Battery Storage installations to Residential properties across the Poole region.The role will see you coordinating schedules, programmes and key documents, in addition to;Communicating with key stakeholders (internal and external)Monitoring project progress, and tracking supplies/materials, and project milestonesEnsuring adhering to compliance standards and delivering handover documentationCandidates must have prior experience of working in a construction or renewable energy environment.
