Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and optimising maintenance strategies and maintenance plans across a portfolio of technical assets.
Applying reliability and maintenance engineering principles to improve asset performance.
Developing maintenance schedules, procedures and service concepts.
Supporting maintenance cost and lifecycle planning.
Using maintenance KPIs, operational data and dashboards to identify performance and cost improvement opportunities.
Maintaining accurate asset structures, equipment information and maintenance data within a CMMS.
Developing spare-parts strategies, including equipment criticality assessments.
Supporting long-term lifecycle planning, including refurbishment, optimisation and end-of-life activities.
Developing maintenance scopes and requirements for external service providers and subcontractors.
Identifying gaps in maintenance processes and procedures and driving improvements.
Supporting the implementation of technical and operational changes.
Ensuring maintenance activities comply with relevant safety standards, regulations and technical requirements.
Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders across engineering, operations, service and commercial functions.

Solar O&M Technician

The role covers multiple utility-scale assets across Dublin and surrounding areas.Experience of working on utility-scale Solar Farms is ideal, as is a good understanding of inverters and general maintenance skills.
