HSE Manager

• Manage, maintain and continuously improve the existing health and safety management system across the project.

• Ensure compliance with applicable Belgian health and safety legislation, regulations and project-specific requirements.

• Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits and compliance checks to identify hazards and areas for improvement.

• Review and monitor risk assessments, method statements and safe systems of work.

• Provide health and safety guidance and support to project managers, site supervisors, contractors and subcontractors.

• Monitor site activities to ensure safe working practices are consistently implemented.

• Investigate incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions, implementing appropriate corrective and preventative actions.

• Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks and safety briefings to promote awareness and engagement.

• Track health and safety performance, maintain accurate documentation and report on key safety metrics.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen safety standards and reduce workplace risks.

• Promote a positive health and safety culture across all project activities.
