As a 360 Consultant at ERSG, you'll play a pivotal role in both business development and candidate delivery - owning the full recruitment lifecycle in one of the world's fastest-growing sectors.   What You'll Be Doing: Driving new business through strategic outbound sales and relationship building. Meeting with clients on-site and at headquarters to develop and maintain strong partnerships. Attending industry conferences and networking events to build brand presence and expand your client base. Working to exceed revenue and placement targets - your success is rewarded! Generating and qualifying leads through market research, candidate sourcing, and cold calling. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and organisational skills. Education to A-Level or degree standard (preferred but not essential). Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
