Technical Contract Manager - Offshore Wind (Japan)

Tokyo | Contract role | Start ASAP (May 2026 target)

We're hiring a Technical Contract Manager to support offshore wind projects in Japan, working at the interface of engineering, commercial, and contract teams.

Key responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage technical tender and contract documentation
Ensure consistency, completeness, and correct cross‑referencing of technical documents
Act as the technical point of contact between project teams and suppliers
Support technical clarifications, deviations, and negotiations

What we're looking for:

Engineering degree (or equivalent technical background)
2+ years' experience in offshore wind or large infrastructure projects
Experience with technical contracts, tenders, or requirements management
Strong communication skills and ability to work in international project teams

Location: Tokyo
Duration: Through June 2027 (extension possible)
