Construction Manager

A global solar manufacturer is seeking experienced Construction Managers to support ground-mounted PV projects across Spain. The role involves supporting the installation and maintenance of solar tracker systems, working with developers, EPCs, and subcontractors to train teams and advise on best practice. This is a site-based role with significant travel (90%). Candidates will have strong solar farm experience with a mechanical background, including tracker systems or similar components, and must be fluent in English and Spanish. 12-month rolling freelance contract (minimum 2.5-year programme), with full expenses covered and training provided by a tracker specialist.
