Aufgabenbeschreibung:
* Sicherheitsfachkraft (SiFa) mit Wirkbereich Betriebsratseinheit BLN H
* Wahrnehmung der beratenden Funktion bei Fragestellungen zu EHS- Themen
* Teilnahme an internen und externen QEHS-Audits
* Durchführung von Arbeitsplatz- und Baustellenbegehungen mit anschließender Berichterstellung
* Mitwirkung und Beratung der Führungskräfte bei der Erstellung der notwendigen EHS-Dokumentation (z.B. Gefährdungs- und Betriebsanweisungen, usw.)
* Aufnahme und Prozessabwicklung im Zusammenhang mit Arbeits- und Wegeunfällen
* Fremdfirmenkoordination
* Teilnahme an Baubesprechungen
* Ausarbeitung und Durchführung von Unterweisungen
* Erstellen von Auswertungen und Präsentationen
* Mitwirkung im Notfall und Krisenmanagement des Standortes
* Selbsttätige Gestaltung und Ausführung von Präventionsmaßnahmen und Projekten
* Auswahl und Erprobung Persönlicher Schutzausrüstung

Anforderungen:
* Meister, Techniker oder Ingenieur - technischer Hintergrund vorzugsweise Maschinenbau
* Ausgebildete Sicherheitsfachkraft, Erfahrungen im Bereich EHS, z.B. Durchführung von Unterweisungen, Erstellung von EHS-Dokumenten (z.B. Gefährdungsbeurteilungen)
* Team- und Begeisterungsfähigkeit
* Selbstständiges und verantwortungsbewusstes Handeln
* Erfahrungen im Bereich Brand- und Explosionsschutz, Erste-Hilfe-Ausbildung wäre wünschenswert
* Wissen und Erfahrungen im Bau- und Genehmigungsrecht
* Sprachkenntnisse: verhandlungssicher Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse
* EDV-Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office, spez. Exel und PowerPoint sowie Datenbanken und Sharepoints, SAP
* Führerschein, min. Klasse B
* Reisetätigkeiten in Berlin und Brandenburg
