Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and optimising maintenance strategies and maintenance plans across a portfolio of technical assets.
  • Applying reliability and maintenance engineering principles to improve asset performance.
  • Developing maintenance schedules, procedures and service concepts.
  • Supporting maintenance cost and lifecycle planning.
  • Using maintenance KPIs, operational data and dashboards to identify performance and cost improvement opportunities.
  • Maintaining accurate asset structures, equipment information and maintenance data within a CMMS.
  • Developing spare-parts strategies, including equipment criticality assessments.
  • Supporting long-term lifecycle planning, including refurbishment, optimisation and end-of-life activities.
  • Developing maintenance scopes and requirements for external service providers and subcontractors.
  • Identifying gaps in maintenance processes and procedures and driving improvements.
  • Supporting the implementation of technical and operational changes.
  • Ensuring maintenance activities comply with relevant safety standards, regulations and technical requirements.
  • Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders across engineering, operations, service and commercial functions.

Contract Manager - EPC

ersg are searching for a Contract Manager to deliver multiple Utility-Scale Solar Farms across Ireland. This role will see the successful candidate initially managing one Solar/PV project before supporting across several other projects over the next couple of years. Applicants will be responsible for;Working with Project Managers to manage risk and contract variations effectively.Handle contract negotiations across subcontractors, suppliers, and partners.Leading claims management processes.Managing and administering EPC contracts across multiple projects.Fostering a collaborative approach with clients, contractors and third-parties.This role will be a hybrid position with the expectation being home-based for 75%. The remainder of your time will be site or office-based.Applicants MUST have experience of acting as an EPC Contractor within the Irish market. Also, experience in managing Utility-Scale Solar/PV projects to FIDIC standards is essential to ensure the success of the project.
