  • Arrange and coordinate national and international business travel, including itineraries, travel expenses, and related administrative processes.
  • Support procurement activities, including ordering equipment such as IT hardware and PPE, processing invoices, and assisting with purchasing activities.
  • Prepare, coordinate, and quality-check presentations, reports, decision papers, and other business documentation.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for smaller projects, including tracking actions, timelines, invoices, and payments.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration across teams and functions.
  • Support the Directors with ad hoc tasks, special assignments, and department-wide initiatives as required.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and support the smooth and efficient operation of the department.

About You

You will bring a strong combination of professional experience, organisational skills, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.

Ideally, you have:

  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification, together with significant professional experience in executive assistance, personal assistance, or a similar administrative role.
  • Proven experience supporting senior leaders in an international business environment.
  • Excellent administrative, organisational, and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a structured, organised approach to your work.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
  • The ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement, and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Flexibility and resilience, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a proactive approach, and a genuine commitment to providing a high level of service.

What We Offer

Join an inspiring and diverse international working environment where your contribution makes a real difference.

We offer:

  • A modern workplace with flexible working hours and hybrid working.
  • Excellent opportunities for professional growth, networking, and career development.
  • The opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and gain broad exposure across the Operations
