Solar Site Manager

ersg is supporting a client who is leading the acquisition, delivery and management of Utility-Scale Energy Storage assets in the UK.They are searching for a Project Engineer to work closely with internal (Head of Engineering, Project Managers) and external stakeholders (Consultants etc.) to ensure that the development and engineering of projects is conceptually sound, managing the process through to an asset becoming operational. Experience of providing technical and commercial knowledge in the areas of high voltage design, power system modelling, BESS technology and connection agreements is key to being successful in this role.This is a hybrid role (3 days per week in Central London), working alongside the Head of Engineering, you will be critical to the success of future projects being acquired by the client.The successful candidate will have a degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.Candidates MUST have the Right to Work in the United Kingdom; Sponsorship is NOT available.ersg are an equal opportunities employer; we are committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all job applicants.
