Communication Regarding COVID-19

Here at ersg, our Clients, Contractors, staff and their families are our highest priority. We as a business, are constantly monitoring the situation as well as following all recommendations from the World Health Organisation, International and local governments and adapting our approach daily with any new upcoming information.

Business Continuity
As a business we have business contingency and continuity policies in place and can assure you, as Clients and Contractors that we will continue to operate business as usual as much as possible. Timesheets, payroll and invoicing cycles all remain unchanged and will continue to do so even under remote working circumstances.
Our technological investments into our internal Cloud based infrastructure includes Microsoft Office 365 suite, Bullhorn CRM, Cloudcall Telephony, Online Timesheet systems and Microsoft Team video conferencing to ensure that our staff have the ability to work from within our offices or through remote working with no impact to our Contractors and Clients businesses.

Contractor, Client & Employee Safety
Advice surrounding COVID-19 is differing dependant on your location in the world and it is important that you follow the directives given to you by the local government and your Client/Line Manager you are currently working for.
We are liaising closely with all Clients to ensure our workers are protected and have been communicated to with the most up to date advice regarding COVID-19 in their localised area. Clients are utilising directives in line with their own Policies and ensuring these are being communicated with any Contractors currently working, due to begin or travel in the foreseeable future.
As a safety measure we have asked all staff to postpone all but essential business travel and will be looking at using conference or telephone calls in place of this.

Advice
Most people who become infected experience mild illness and recover, but it can be more severe for others. Take care of your health and protect others by doing the following:
•wash your hands regularly for 20 seconds, each time using soap and water or an alcohol-based hand rub as this will kill the viruses that may be on your hands.
•Maintain at least 1 metre between yourself and anyone else who is coughing or sneezing as they spray small liquid droplets from their nose of mouth
•Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth
•stay away from vulnerable individuals, such as the elderly and those with underlying health conditions, as much as possible
•Follow advice from your local healthcare provider, national and local authorities will have the most up to date information so are best paced to give you the latest healthcare advice
•Try to avoid physical greetings. Safe greetings include a nod, wave or bow.

Dedication
ersg are dedicated to taking steps to minimise the spread of COVID-19 and to continue to operate as effectively as possible whilst ensuring the wellbeing of our staff, Contractors, Clients and families.
