Leading this division is Jon Curry. Jon has been working in recruitment for twenty-five years and has recently joined ersg to head up the PMO division. He plays a vital role in ensuring their services are client-focused and meeting standards of compliance and quality.
Within the PMO division, Jon is energised by the fact that the roles are more horizontal, meaning he can make placements across all areas of renewable energy and beyond. Although the focus of the division is renewables, the skillset within PMO is easily transferable to other sectors, so he works with a large variety of clients.
In the current climate, one of the main challenges in sustainable energy is finding talent with a skillset and experience transferable to renewable energy. This division covers the kind of functional roles that are applicable across the whole renewable energy sector.
Some of the roles covered within this division include: commercial, legal, finance, procurement, category, risk and PMO management. Their talent pool is diverse, offering candidates ranging from junior to mid-level, as well as Lead/Senior level professionals, suitable for various roles.
