I have been working in the renewable industry since 2014, starting in recruitment. I then moved to work with Wind as Key Account & Sales Manager working with the leading developers and OEM’s of offshore windfarms heading up the full tender process including solution, budget and negotiation of all offshore works before moving back to recruitment to Head up the WTG Division responsible for WTG Installation, O&M, Heavy lift and Civil Engineering here at ersg.
