Divisional Director Nigel Wilson, has been working in recruitment since 2005. Joining ERSG shortly after we were established, Nigel has grown the Offshore wind division to over 30 people, working closely with key clients to understand their business and supply highly skilled individuals to support their wind power projects, he now is the Divisional Director for Offshore, Onshore Wind, T&D and Built Environment Teams.
