Senior Contract & Claim Manager - Offshore Wind Service
Location: Hamburg (50% remote possible)
Salary Range: About €100,000-115,000 gross annual package, depending on the relevant previous experience

We are supporting a leading company in the offshore wind sector looking for an experienced Senior Contract & Claim Manager to join the Offshore Service division. The role is focused on optimising the commercial and legal performance of service-phase contracts in a fast-paced and complex environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyse existing contracts within the offshore service department

  • Identify options to improve margins and commercial outcomes through contractual levers

  • Assess the potential for claims: how to raise them, what arguments to use, and what outcomes to target

  • Recommend solutions aligned with contract terms and support client relationship development

  • Collaborate with legal, commercial, and technical teams to ensure effective contract and claim strategies

Candidate Profile:

  • Legal qualification (LLM, LLB, or equivalent)

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in contract and claim management during the operational phase of offshore wind projects

  • Deep understanding of service/O&M agreements and claims handling

  • Strong analytical and communication skills

  • Fluency in German is strongly preferred

  • Based in or near Hamburg, with flexibility to attend on-site meetings when required
