Job Description

• Collaborating across company to conduct JV, merger and acquisition, site acquisition to align with company goals and objectives.
• Create initiatives to put to good use of market opportunities, always looking for potential development opportunities by analysing the market trend, conducting research, and assessing demands.
• Development of project proposals, design concepts, and projected timeline.
• Conduct feasibility studies, cost analysis, and risk assessment for projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in data center industry or digital infrastructure is required
• Experience in site selection for large infrastructure projects are desirable
• Strong project management skills and capability to handle cross department communications
