Responsibilities
- Create, develop and implement HSE policies working closely with the global HSE and ESG functions
- Provide training to internal and external stakeholders on policies, procedures, lessons learned and others
- Build HSE and ESG awareness, responsibility, and accountability with stakeholders across activities
- Ensure that HSE-related internal and external reporting needs are accurate and completed per timelines
- Review, provide feedback, and approve SHE-related portions of contracts and verify compliance
Requirements
- Education and industry background in SHE-related activities with essential qualifications
- Experience working on construction sites and at operating sites, especially energy or infrastructure
- Understanding of local HSE regulations, standards, and guidelines
- Business level English language ability, both verbal and written
- Good knowledge of Microsoft applications as well as experience with HSE-specific software tools
