We require a power system consultant to conduct a harmonic emission study for an offshore wind farm project in order to support the grid connection.

The Scope of Service (attached) describes the study work to be conducted by the Consultant to allow the Project to:

1. Gather latest information of background network.
2. Meet applicable harmonic current distortion requirements at PCC based on the Project's incremental contribution (without background harmonic contribution).
3. Provide a sensitivity analysis on the harmonic current distortion levels at the substation based on
   1. Different configuration of the background network.
   2. The impact of neighboring wind farms at PCC.

In particular, the consultant must:

• Have extensive experience conducting harmonic emission studies for offshore windfarms
• Be in a position to deliver the scope in full by December 31 2020
• Respond to the attached Evaluation Questionaire
