​In 2021 ersg were awarded an RPO to manage permanent jobs in Asia as our client had no onsite recruitment expertise and a huge pipeline of roles.


Solution

  • We deployed a dedicated team to set up the recruitment function and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including attraction, assessment, onboarding, compliance & engagement, workforce planning, hiring prisonisation and benchmarking against the market.

  • The service is managed by SLAs, reporting and regular review meetings.

Success

  • ​We rapidly made an impact, hiring critical roles and to date have secured over 100 permanent candidates in Asia, expanded the onsite team and continue to make a positive impact, with a focus on providing candidates from underrepresented groups.

  • Due to our success have had our RPO contract extended for at least a further year.
