Authority requirements and response deadlines were tracked continuously, and formal correspondence was coordinated to ensure that submissions went out when they needed to.
Coordination across the project's multidisciplinary teams was a core part of the role. Permit-driven requirements and dependencies needed to be visible and understood by the teams they affected, which meant translating regulatory obligations into practical project information that could be acted on.
The management of environmental and bird monitoring obligations - conditions embedded within specific permits - was handled as a distinct and important thread.
