ERSG enters into an exclusive agreement to act as your primary source for sourcing and procuring all flexible workers. When ERSG cannot fill from our own network, we manage third-party suppliers beneath us, so you still have one point of contact.

Agreement & Scope
We agree on the exclusive scope, rate card, SLAs and performance KPIs. The partnership is defined clearly before day one.
Transition
Existing suppliers are transitioned out or brought under ERSG's management. Clean handover with no disruption to live placements.
Primary Sourcing
All flexible worker requirements come to ERSG first. We fill from our network.
Second-Tier Supply
For specialist roles ERSG cannot fill directly, we manage approved third-party suppliers beneath us. You still have one point of contact.
Reporting
Fill rate, time-to-fill, compliance status, spend data - reported on a defined schedule.
Partnership Review
Regular account reviews to assess performance, refine rate cards and adapt to changing volume or role mix.
