What safety support does ERSG provide?

We ensure all deployed personnel hold the required certifications for the site (GWO, OPITO, CSCS, etc.), that site induction is completed and that safety compliance is monitored throughout the programme. We do not replace the client's site safety team - we complement it.

Can you manage a Scopes of Work programme across multiple locations?

Yes. Multi-site workscope programmes are managed through a central account management structure with in-country or in-region support as required.

What happens when a workscope is extended?

Extensions are agreed formally, with revised scope documentation and commercial terms. We don't just extend indefinitely on informal agreement; we ensure clear scope management protects both parties.

What types of projects is this model suited to?

Construction, commissioning, operational maintenance campaigns, survey programmes and defined project phases in offshore wind, onshore wind, solar, data centres & other infrastructure sectors. If there's a start date, an end date and a defined workforce requirement, this model can work.

Scopes of Work is ERSG's project-delivery model for clients who need a workforce programme managed against a defined and agreed project specification. Rather than placing individuals or running an ongoing programme, we take responsibility for delivering a specific, bounded workscope.

We provide the talent - sourced, vetted and mobilised - alongside the project management and safety support required to execute. Demobilisation at workscope completion is managed with the same rigour as mobilisation.

Fee structures are flexible and reflect the nature and duration of the workscope. This model is particularly suited to construction, commissioning and operational phases of renewable energy projects where defined programmes of work require a dedicated, managed workforce.

Vetting & Compliance
All personnel are vetted against project specifications: qualifications, certifications, right-to-work, background checks & safety training.
Mobilisation
Personnel are mobilised to site or location on schedule. Travel, accommodation and site induction are coordinated.
