Our Story
In 2008, friends Jim and Lucien founded ERSG to meet the growing demand for sustainable recruitment in the renewable energy sector. Today, with 16 global offices, ersg is an award-winning provider of workforce solutions across energy, renewables, engineering, and construction, supplying skilled white- and blue-collar professionals to top positions worldwide.
Driven by a passion to combat climate change, we strive to support NetZero goals by leveraging our extensive network to hire the right talent for a sustainable future.

ersg have cultivated a worldwide presence which spans across the globe, providing specialist recruitment services to the renewable energy and tech sectors. With offices located in key markets, we’re able to provide tailored support to our clients and candidates, wherever they are in the world.
Our Services
At ersg, we provide flexible workforce solutions tailored to our clients, to help with their hiring needs. We offer services such as Managed Service Provider (MSP) to handle temporary staff, Master Vendor (MV) to simplify contractor hiring, and Resource Process Outsourcing (RPO) for full-time recruitment.
We also offer support with payroll, project-based hiring (SOW), and tailored programs to train and deploy new talent. We prioritise low cost, streamlined processes, and compliance to make the hiring process run smoothly.
