概要このポジションは、契約前および契約後の全ての契約管理業務を担当します。入札書類・RFPの準備、入札に関する質疑対応、契約交渉・締結、契約実行段階での変更管理、支払・キャッシュフロー管理、保険・保証の管理、契約完了までの各種手続きが含まれます。また、企業の方針に基づき、関係者とのコミュニケーション記録を適切に管理し、ポリシーやコンプライアンスに沿った運用を行うことも求められます。建設案件に関連する見積り作成、スケジュール・予算管理、予期せぬコスト対応、現場会議への参加など、プロジェクト全体にわたる調整業務も含まれます。契約に関する唯一の窓口として、担当プロジェクトにおけるサプライヤーとの関係維持も重要な役割です。主な職務内容入札書類・商業提案書の作成プロジェクト提案の作成・説明クライアントとの要件確認計画書の作成、費用・工期の見積り契約条件の検討、作成、レビュー、交渉サプライヤーとの予算・工期調整建設スケジュール・予算管理想定外の追加費用への対応現場会議への参加・進捗確認現場管理者・プロジェクトマネージャーとの連携関係者（内部部署、技術・財務担当、下請け、法務など）との調整請求処理の管理契約書の作成、評価、交渉、締結までの管理契約関連の文書管理および記録整理契約に関する問題解決の実施（社内外）契約のクローズアウト、延長、更新の管理契約情報の関係者への共有必要な資格工学系の学士号以上PMPまたは同等資格（望ましい）必要な経験・能力最小限の指示で業務を遂行できること強いプロジェクト管理スキル交渉力および問題解決能力契約管理システムの使用経験英語＋中国語または日本語での実務コミュニケーション能力Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Access、Project、Visio などのソフトウェア操作スキルプロジェクトの制約条件内で目標を達成できる能力勤務条件出張あり台湾、日本、中国、シンガポール、マレーシアのいずれかのプロジェクトを担当する可能性あり必要に応じて各国への出張が発生 ersg are an equal opportunities employer; we are committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all job applicants. 概要本ポジションは、日本国内の大規模建設プロジェクトにおける調達およびソーシング活動を統括する役割です。調達チームを率い、複数の関係者と連携しながら、プロジェクト開始から完了まで調達プロセス全体をリードします。主な職務内容調達活動の統括大規模建設プロジェクトに関する調達・入札・契約交渉を主導し、最適なコスト・品質・納期を実現する。プロジェクトの進捗状況について経営陣へ報告し、必要に応じて改善策を提案・実行する。契約の価値最大化に向け、サプライヤー管理、価格交渉、契約条件の最適化などを包括的に実施する。戦略立案と実行企業方針に沿った調達戦略を策定し、プロジェクトの開始計画（スケジュール、予算、人員配置）を主導する。パフォーマンス管理調達活動に関する指標を設定し、継続的改善につながる取り組みを進める。プロジェクト管理複数の建設調達案件を同時に管理し、計画通りに進むよう進捗を監督する。予算やスケジュールを維持するための調整および必要な是正措置を実施する。安全性・費用対効果・納期遵守を重視したプロジェクト運営を推進する。関係者との連携・調整社内外の関係者と協力し、調達方針やサプライヤー戦略の整合性を確保する。重要サプライヤーとの関係構築を進め、長期的な協働体制を強化する。求める人物像・資格建設または建設調達領域で 10年以上の職務経験 を有すること。数百億円規模のプロジェクトにおける入札・契約交渉の実績があること。高い分析力・問題解決力を持ち、複雑な課題に対して戦略的に対応できること。日本語および英語での優れたコミュニケーション能力。組織のあらゆるレベルで協働し、直接の権限がなくても関係者を巻き込める影響力を持つこと。業務改善や運営効率向上に情熱を持ち、主体性を発揮できること。社内外のパートナーと協力関係を築き、チームとして成果を上げられること。 ersg are an equal opportunities employer; we are committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all job applicants.
