Support the EHS Lead in the day-to-day management of EHS activities on siteMonitor construction activities to ensure compliance with Danish regulations and project-specific EHS requirementsConduct regular site inspections, audits, and safety walks, identifying risks and implementing corrective actionsAssist in the development and delivery of toolbox talks, safety briefings, and training sessionsReview and approve risk assessments, method statements, and permit-to-work documentationInvestigate incidents, near misses, and non-conformances, ensuring root cause analysis and corrective actions are completedMaintain accurate EHS records, reports, and documentationPromote a positive safety culture and actively engage with contractors and site personnelSupport environmental compliance, including waste management, pollution prevention, and sustainability initiativesersg are an equal opportunities employer; we are committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all job applicants.
