Job Title: HSE AdvisorProject: AMS1 Data Centre ProjectLocation: AmsterdamJob PurposeThe HSE Advisor will be responsible for supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards across the AMS1 Data Centre Project. The role ensures compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and industry best practices while promoting a strong safety culture on site.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day HSE support and guidance to site management, contractors, and workforce.Monitor compliance with HSE legislation, company policies, and project-specific requirements.Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and safety walks; report findings and track corrective actions.Assist in the development and review of risk assessments, method statements (RAMS), and safe systems of work.Lead or support incident investigations, ensuring root cause analysis and implementation of corrective measures.Deliver toolbox talks, safety briefings, and HSE training sessions.Maintain accurate HSE records, reports, and documentation.Promote environmental compliance, including waste management, pollution prevention, and sustainability initiatives.Support emergency preparedness and response planning.Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders as required. ersg are an equal opportunities employer; we are committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all job applicants.
