We're supporting a short-term blade campaign in Japan and are looking for an experienced IRATA L3 Technician with strong Vestas blade repair experience.Key pointsCarry out blade inspection, maintenance, and repair (IMR) on Vestas turbines using rope accessSupervise all rope access activities in line with IRATA Level 3 responsibilitiesPerform composite repairs, including:Leading edge repairGelcoat / laminate repairMinor structural repairsEnsure all work complies with Vestas OEM standards and site proceduresRequirementsIRATA Level 3 certification (valid)Proven blade repair experience on Vestas turbinesStrong hands-on experience with composite repair techniquesFull GWO certification suite (Working at Heights, First Aid, etc.)Experience supervising rope access teamsFluent EnglishMust hold a valid Japanese residence card /right to work in Japan ersg are an equal opportunities employer; we are committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all job applicants.
