ersg are supporting an international EPC Contractor in their search for a Grid Manager to support their Grid Connection process and adherence to Grid Code on their Renewable Energy projects in the South of Italy.This is a remote working role, with the expectation to travel to site and client meetings regularly.Key responsibilities in this role include;Act as the primary point of contact for all grid connection matters.Manage relationships with TSOs.Execute & Coordinate of grid connection works.Coordinate technical discussions and compliance meetings with grid operators and project stakeholders.Manage adherence to all Grid Code requirements and connection agreements during construction.Develop and maintain technical documentation required for grid compliance.Collaborate with key stakeholders (Engineering, Project Management, SHEQ teams).Manage process across full project lifecycle and adherence to project milestones.This role offers a salary between €70,000 and €90,000 + bonus + expenses + healthcare + benefits.Applicants should have at least five years of Grid Management on Renewable Energy projects, and be able to demonstrate their relationship with Italian Grid Operators.Applicants MUST have an Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification (degree level).ersg are an equal opportunities employer; we are committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all job applicants. ersg are searching for a Substation Commissioning Engineer to join a major contractor in the Irish Power, Transmission & Distribution sectors. This role requires someone with experience in commissioning ESB substations, and you will be working across multiple projects across Ireland.The successful candidate will be responsible for;Verifying all primary and secondary substation plant/equipment is suitable for a Declaration of Fitness.Conduct all on-site HV commissioning tests on related plant.Verify communications systems (SCADA, RTU, automation systems) are operational.Lead commissioning on protection and control equipment.Review and ensure comprehensive documentation of all test records.Develop and nurture the update of commissioning procedures and standards.You will have demonstrable experience in the commissioning of ESB HV substations. Qualifications will include a degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, ideally Power Engineering. A global solar manufacturer is seeking experienced Construction Managers to support ground-mounted PV projects across Spain. The role involves supporting the installation and maintenance of solar tracker systems, working with developers, EPCs, and subcontractors to train teams and advise on best practice. This is a site-based role with significant travel (90%).
