Solar Site Manager - Emilia-Romagna, Italy | €300/day | FreelanceWe're looking for an experienced Solar Site Manager to take full responsibility for day-to-day operations on a major utility-scale solar project in Emilia-Romagna. This role is hands-on, site-based, and focused on ensuring that construction activities run safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications and schedules. Fluency in both English and Italian is essential. We are seeking a Skilled Operative with specific experience in Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) installation, particularly in the installation and handling of LV cables. The successful candidate will support a major BESS project in North Yorkshire, contributing to electrical installation works, site operations, and safe execution of project tasks in line with engineering drawings and site procedures.This is a long-term opportunity for an operative with strong electrical infrastructure experience, ideally within BESS, substations, renewables, or distribution networks.The ideal candidate would be able to Install, terminate, and route LV cables across the BESS site in accordance with project specifications and safety standards. Assist with general electrical installation works, including containment, cable pulling, and equipment placement. Support site supervisors and engineers with day-to-day tasks including preparation of work areas, material handling, and equipment setup.
