I co-founded the business in 2008 and am responsible for the day to day running of the business. I offer 20 years'+ experience in management and strategic direction within fast growing recruitment businesses.

As a co-founder of the business, I am responsible for its strategic direction and general management. I have an in-depth knowledge of the offshore wind industry and 25 years' management experience within fast growing recruitment businesses.

Recruitment operates in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment where financial precision and strategic planning are critical to success.

My amazing team deliver on all the fun elements of working at ERSG. Supporting the business with activities such as organising internal events. We also ensure the seamless running of the UK headquarters, supporting the Leadership team and our new and existing employees.

I’m one of the founding members of the group and have been instrumental in the growth and success of our business. I lead a team of highly experienced Vertical Market specialists and impart my passion and knowledge of the Renewable Energy sector.

I’m responsible for ensuring operational best practice across all our global offices to meet ersg’s strategic vision and continued growth.

With 25 years+ experience, I have a strong track record in successfully leading and architecting solutions in RPOs, MSPs, client engagement strategies, account management, bid management and apprenticeship programmes, within the technology and renewable energy sectors.

This industry is already grappling with significant human resource shortages, creating numerous opportunities for our business. It's an exciting time to be apart of ERSG!

I lead the global Legal, Contracts and Compliance teams at ersg.

I'm a solution driven and commercially minded Legal & Compliance specialist. 

I'm responsible for the global IT strategy, infrastructure, IT operations and security at ERSG.

My Team specialise in the recruitment of EPC and O&M Project staff for Developers, Main Contractors & Sub-Contractors across the UK, Europe and Middle East. 

I lead the cables and subsea teams

I lead the WTG engineering team for onshore and offshore (installation and O&M) for blue and white collar roles.

I run the Design, Environmental and Tunnelling sectors at ERSG.

I am the Business Manager for Offshore Engineering, delivering support in the area of Electrical & Mechanical engineering for our EPICs/ Developers and Subcontractors.

I am responsible for our office and business in Germany, I drive for sales and growth as well as collaborating internationally within my colleagues in our global offices!

I manage the construction division within the German office and drive sales and growth within my sector.

With 20 years of recruitment experience in Japan, I've led teams at multinational organisations and established ERSG Japan. I'm passionate about making a meaningful impact in the work we do.

I am the Country Manager of Taiwan. I head up the local team to deliver high-quality service to clients in Asia.

I led the  Offshore Construction, Installation & Subsea Engineering team 

I opened our first US office in Seattle in 2016 and am responsible for the overall growth and development of our US onshore contract division, with primary footing in the Renewable Energy and Built Environment sectors.

My position at ERSG involves business development and recruitment management within the data centre sector.

I lead US Offshore Wind, working closely with developers, OEM’s, subcontractors, schools and local communities to ensure a sustainable workforce for the future
